Glowing Ghosts

Things needed:
·         Green glow sticks
·         White balloon
·         Black marker
Directions
  1. Crack glowstick, so it illuminates
  2. Place inside the balloon and inflate by blowing into the balloon.
  3. Tie balloon off
  4. Draw on a spooky face on the balloon.
  5. Enjoy
